Overall, my stay was remarkable, akin to living in a luxurious home. The villa suite was absolutely stunning, spacious, and felt just right. The dining options were delicious, and the spa facilities were inviting, though I couldn't benefit from treatments due to bookings. Unfortunately, I did experience a significant issue with theft during my visit which disappointed me greatly, making me hesitant to return despite the overall positive experience.

My experience at this hotel was really disappointing. Despite being in a lovely location with beautiful grounds, the service was abysmal, and the food left much to be desired. The issues with the booking and air conditioning ruined what should have been a relaxing getaway. I left feeling frustrated and unappreciated, especially given the high prices. It's a shame because the ambiance has potential, but it's overshadowed by poor service and management.
